Sonae Imobiliária has been distinguished by PROCOS as the real estate developer and investor of the year in Europe, with the attribution of the PROCOS 2003 "Europe" Prize.

This excellence award is granted to the companies that have revealed unique dynamism in promoting the evolution of modern trade in Europe, and Sonae Imobiliária stood out for the quality of its shopping and leisure centres.

The PROCOS Prize, created 1991, is awarded by large retail shops, such as Fnac, Sephora, Alain Manoukian, Caroll, Lacoste, Morgan, Zara, Habitat, McDonald´s, Pizza Hut and 5 à Sec.

PROCOS - Expert Federation in Urbanism for the Development of Specialised Retail [www.procos.fr], has existed for more than 25 years, and integrates 156 specialised retail chains.
