With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Marta was previously Head of Investor Relations at Norfin, a leading Portuguese investment manager with over €1.5 billion in assets under management. In this role, she oversaw the management of 10 real estate investment vehicles, totalling €350 million, and was responsible for investor reporting and the corporate ESG strategy. Before joining Norfin, she spent 16 years at Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal and Spain, where she held several positions, including Head of Business Development, leading the implementation of the key and target clients program and driving cross-selling initiatives across service lines. Earlier in her career, as Head of Research for Portugal and Spain, she supported major real estate investors and developers with consultancy services and market insights. During this period, her work on research publications was recognised with Euromoney Real Estate’s Awards for Best Research in Portugal in 2006–2015, 2017 and 2018.
