Sonae Sierra, SGPS, S.A. also informs that its subsidiary, Sierra Portugal, S.A., as Obligated Entity, under Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of 9th December, approved the Code of Conduct on Prevention of Corruption and Related Offences that can be consulted here.
