  • Thanks to its strategic position in the heart of the city and the wide range of activities and services offered, Lingotto is considered one of the most prestigious shopping centres in Italy, with 115 shops, of which around twenty are for food
  • With many years of experience in Property Management, Sierra will provide the Lingotto Shopping Centre with international-style management skills

Sonae Sierra is proud to announce that it has won a management contract for the Lingotto Shopping Centre in Turin, a key destination in the city for over 20 years.

The support of Sonae Sierra – which vaunts long-term, international experience in the field of Property Management – will enable the centre to offer an increasingly targeted and satisfying customer experience to each individual visitor.

José Maria Robles, General Manager for Property Management at Sonae Sierra in Italy, said: “We are proud to be able to bring our expertise to a place that is a symbol of the city of Turin. Our goal is to make the Lingotto Centre even more attractive and inclusive. Through constant innovation, we maintain a commitment to creating value in our clients’ assets, by managing and balancing both their expectations and their long-term needs.”

The repositioning of the prestigious shopping centre, which took place as a result of the expansion, restyling and construction of the new food court, was overseen by Pradera, which has held the role of operating manager within the Joint Venture that owns the asset since 2018.

The Lingotto Shopping Centre is a city-centre shopping and leisure destination. Its rich and varied offer is able to satisfy the needs of Turin families, but also keep pace with the new trends that increasingly see shopping centres as places for complex shopping experiences.
