Bernhard Wünstel

Bernhard Wünstel has a deep experience in commercial real estate incl. asset repositioning, business planning and value creation.
As “Head of Asset Management” he is focused on driving the financial performance of the clients shopping centers.
This includes strategy definition together with the landlords as well as the creation and execution of asset specific business plans.
Before joining Real Estate Management he held the position of “Head of Operating Management” at URW driving the commercial excellence of the own-asset portfolio in Germany.
