Joaquim Pereira Mendes is in charge of the Company’s legal, tax and compliance activities. His career at Sonae Sierra began in 1989. He is also Chairman of the European Legal Group of the ECSP (European Council of Shopping Places) and Professor of Law at the Universidade Portucalense, Porto.
