Manfred Lehnhoff

Manfred Lehnhoff has currently the role Head of Development, PMPS and works incl. ESG for URW REM. Before that he held several managerial roles at mfi/URW as Projektmananger for new projects e.g. Köln or Düsseldorf Arcaden and especially big Refurbishments as Generalmanager for e.g. Gropius Passagen Berlin , Ruhr Park Bochum , Riem Arcaden, Breuningerland Ludwigsburg . In his former role as Head of Real Estate for Kaiser’s Tengelmann for the whole Portfolio Germany serving also as Head of Leasing and Head of property management. Manfred has been also working as a lecturer for EBZ – Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft for several years and loves working with young people.
